A Message to Our Patients Regarding COVID-19

As part of our commitment to continue providing care during this global crisis, we have been closely monitoring the situation and updating our policies and protocols in accordance with CDC guidelines.

The health and safety of our staff and patients is our highest priority and we are doing our part to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

We are still here to help! Please call our office as our hours may be adjusted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, to prevent the spread of the illness, if you answer “YES” to any of the following questions, please remain at home and call our office at 440-285-499 to RESCHEDULE your appointment:

– Have you recently traveled to a COVID-19 affected geographic area? (China, Iran, S. Korea, Europe, cruise ship or any high-risk sites in the U.S.)
– Have you had close contact with a person who traveled to high-risk sites?
– Have you been in contact with/exposed to a person who tested positive for COVID-19?
– Are you experiencing a cold, cough, shortness of breath or any flu-like symptoms?

Should we determine that you meet any of these criteria when you arrive at the office, you will be asked to return to your vehicle and call us to reschedule your appointment.
